Where do I collect the car at the airport?

After collecting your luggage, simply come to our Duray-signed terminal office on the International Arrivals Floor. If you are arriving from Domestic, our team will direct you.

What is the minimum rental period?

Our rental period is 1 month; prices are set monthly. Maintenance, insurance, comprehensive cover, tyres and a replacement vehicle are included in the monthly price.

Which documents are required at handover?

You need to have a valid driving licence, ID or passport and the original credit card with you. For corporate rentals, company details are requested.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you share your flight number we track your flight and arrange handover according to your landing time. We do not charge an additional waiting fee in that case.
